This facility was an existing building with a footprint of 2000m2 built on two levels. Half of the building was already occupied by various small businesses and the rear portion had recently become empty. Half of the rear 1000m2 footprint had ground and 1st floors with a goods lift and was identified as an ideal 1st phase providing storage on two levels. Access is from the side of the building via two roller shutter doors and 1 pedestrian access door. Two other roller doors provide direct access via raised loading docks direct into 2 large boxes. An office and a shop area were created next to the entrance by the client.
