Special Features Designed in consultation with the
clients architect to optimise the layout. There is a Drive Through on the
Ground floor with extra wide corridors to allow 2 vehicles to pass in a one way
system. Access to the basement, 1st floor and 2nd floor units
is via 2 large lifts in the centre of the building. Aluminium corner protectors
and kicker plates were used extensively between each roller door on the Ground
Floor.
Client Comment Special features of our facility include a modern
ventilation and dehumidifying/desalting system. This ensures that 99% of the
damp and salt from the
North Sea can be
removed from the air and therefore providing an excellent protection for stored
items. Additionally, we have installed a high CO warning system for safety
reasons in the drive through area.
