Special Features
There are 2 buildings joined together. The height of the front building was 9 meters allowing a 2 tier mezzanine to be built giving a total of 3 levels, Ground, 1^st & 2^nd floors. It was decided Phase 1 would be the front of the building as the reception and lift were designed here near to the main entrance.

Phase 2 is the rear of the building, this part was built into the mountainside and the only access is via the main entrance at the front. Therefore we designed an extra wide corridor to the right hand side of the front building to allow the construction team access to the 2^nd phase. Additional units have been designed for this area once phase 2 is complete.
