The Drop Down is designed to be just that - a portable storage building that you “drop down” wherever you need it.

Many self storage sites have areas that are not designated for permanent building structures - easements for services, future access routes to other sites, road reserves and car parking areas not utilised (but unfairly designated for that use).

The Drop Down can be used to test the storage demand before committing to a large project and can also be used for temporary use during renovations of existing sites.
