Special Features
The client has container storage close by and wanted to complement the container site with Self Storage units. Consequently it was agreed that the unit mix throughout the Self Storage building would be made up of very small units. Both sites are run from a central office in the Self Storage site. The site is well located on a main road opposite the FIRA (i.e. the new exhibition centre) in Barcelona and well communicated with the Ronda Littoral & Ronda de Dalt Ring roads.

Steel Storage has also done our first Self Storage facility in Guildford in about 1998. Therefore we are one of their oldest clients. We like the combination of Self Storage units and Self Storage containers in order to give our clients the maximum options. The steel units look much better and the ease of access and alarm system appeals to the great majority of clients.
Apart from this site there are two large spaces with 500m2 and 250m2 which are currently rented short term. We will probably convert these into units giving some 450 units in total.
