Steel Storage also built our first self-storage facility in Guildford in 1998. Therefore, we are one of their older clients. We like the combination of self-storage units and self-storage containers to provide our customers as many options as possible.

SPECIAL FEATURES

The customer has storage containers nearby and wants to compliment its container storage with self-storage units. Consequently, it was agreed that all the units in the self-storage building of would consist of very small units. Both sites are managed from the central office in the self-storage building. The site is well located on a main road in front of the FIRA (the new exhibition center) in Barcelona and well connected by road, the Ronda Litoral and the Ronda de Dalt ring road being nearby.
