Phase 2 is at the rear of the building. This part was built on the slope of the mountain and its only access is through the main entrance on the front. Therefore, we designed a particularly wide hallway to the right of the first building to allow construction equipment access to the phase 2 site.

SPECIAL FEATURES

This project consists of 2 buildings. The height of the building at the front was 29.5 feet, which allowed the construction of a mezzanine floor. With 2 floors this made a total of 3 levels: ground floor, first and second. It was decided that the building in front would be part of phase 1 as the reception and the lift had been designed in this building, near the main entrance.
